  Always excellent customer service. My 3 boys and I all ride so we've visited our local 99 bikes store on multiple occasions for parts and repairs. I always leave really impressed. They always go the extra mile to help and offer excellent value for money on repairs. Today we presented them with a tricky repair on my sons scooter and they had it fixed in no time :)

  Dylan M is a great staff member and knows his stuff. He listened to my needs and recommended a bike, helmets and baby seat/carrier that suits me perfect. Although we had a problem with the first and second baby seat not fitting bike, Dylan quickly sourced and installed another baby seat that does fit.

  Fantastic service from being greeted at the door to listening to what I wanted in a bike. There was no push to buy a more expensive bike or to purchase equipment I would never use. We will return in the New Year for a bike for my husband.

  Recently upgraded to my first road bike. This was a little daunting given the number of bikes out there. However, Olivia and Chris were able to fit and provide me with a great bike (Cube Attain GTC Road Bike 2017) at a great price. I have since been in for adjustments which have made riding even better. The staff are highly professional and really care about you, your bike and your riding experience. Highly recommend the North Lakes franchise.

  Always great service - bought a new cruiser bike, and was gratefully assisted to take wheels off and loosen goose neck to twist handle bars so I could fit it in the boot of my car.
