  Really bad customer service for starters is to say, 'How hard is it to have someone answer the phone when people just want to ask a quick question'. Ah no, we have to log onto a computer to find out what could have taken a second to answer by a real person at the end of the phone. Better still why have a phone at all and put it on your website cause when you call that number to start with if no one is at the other end. Useless

  Totally different experience then cinemas in Southside, serve yourself refreshment bar, lots of space to move around, cleanest of all cinemas, sound was great in Vmax and prefectly spaced out interior, can’t want to go back again, keep it up

  Love the new North lakes cinema complex. Clean, tidy & comfortable. Favourite option is the VMAX as seating + cinema is awesome for only a few dollars more.
