  Mark & Hayden were amazingly hardworking, worth every cent. They were incredibly careful with my fragile heirloom antiques, including a giant mirror. Nothing was too much trouble & cheerful throughout. Thanks so much guys!!

  I offered to pay by direct deposit or credit card & received a text saying someone would call for a credit card payment. What I was not told until after I had given my credit card details is that there is a 2% surcharge on all credit cards. When I said that I would have preferred to pay direct deposit to avoid this charge I was told that "we don't do direct deposits".

  I booked a small removal job for a family member. I was then charged for 4 hours for what should have been a 2 hour job. The goods took 30 minutes to load onto the truck, 25 minutes to drive to the storage facility then 3 hours to unload. The storage unit, which is on the first floor of the building, is accessed by a very large lift which was not being utilised by anyone else at the time. One of the workers stayed in the unit working hard while the other 2 sauntered up & down in the lift bringing up one or two trolleys at a time instead of filling the lift. They all took a smoko break for approx 20 minutes during the move, for which I was paying $120 per hour.

  This company does all their business by texts - extremely unprofessional. I made 3 requests for an invoice & receipt - still waiting - the latest excuse given "I'm too busy driving the truck".
