  Parcel I had sent to my parcel locker was to big apparently so usually if it's to big they just hold it in store well 2weeks after I ordered something online I decided to find out what was going on. Turns out it was sat at the North lakes post office and SOMEONE had forgotten to scan it in for days. Never heard anything apart from when I started chasing it. Dissappointing.

  If you want to get your mail through the Virtual Mail box send it to a different post office. I had two parcels delivered there - they said it was to small to use the box, the home delivery postie said it was to big to be delivered. In the end they lost both parcels and said they returned them to sender. That was 6 months ago - Senders never received them. Now I use downtown Brisbane post office.

  He took the time to go through all the requirements with me step by step, and double checked it with me. Feeling confident the next application won't be rejected. It was so nice to have a patient and highly competent person to complete this process with. He even gave me the photos, without charge, and went above and beyond his service role. Thank-you so much!

  After having a terrible experience with Blue Water Square PO, and having my visa photo rejected, the gentleman at North Lakes was so helpful, even though it was extremely busy.

  It's a pleasure to deal with staff that actually know their job and know it well (unlike some other Post Office's and their staff). Whenever I use this Post Office I have found the staff knowledgeable and pleasant. Ideally situated at the rear of Westfield with ample parking. It couldn't be easier.
