  The staff of this store are absolutely amazing. Best service I have ever had in my life. They made the process so easy and went out of there way to help in any possible way no pressure just amazing service.

  Had an appointment arranged with these guys for this morning,6/11/17 between 7-9am, no-one showed up and not even a call to say they were delayed, rang the store and Steve informed me something had come up on another job and that took priority over my appointment, we were looking to purchase three air con units which I know isn't big business but if thats what you call customer service then this customer is taking his business elsewhere, won't ever shop there or recommend.

  We had the AC Store quote us for a ducted system for our house - we got quotes from 4 company's and they were by far the cheapest. The installers turned up on time and took a full day to do a great install. Our experience with the AC Store was excellent, from James who did the quote, Steve who we liaised with and the guys who did the installation - all excellent!!
